Earth Hour

So... How was your 1 hour of darkness?

It was an event that I and my whole family were looking forward too. We planned it a few days before and told the children in anticipation to joined in the fun. We planned of candle lights, of BBQ and of watching the Akademi Fantasia - sure, I follow that; if I could.

My Saturday started with laundry. Ezra was having his replacement class so Beth and I had a girl's day. Anddy picked us up by 1.30pm and we went over to mom's. By then Ezra was already back from school and together with Abet we were off the St. Mary's to try to make full use of the RM40 fair tickets that mom simply had and forgotten to use. And of coz it was too late ......

I was at the Daily Choice Food (Tabuan Jaya) pay line when this woman 'potong' queue. The thing that upset me the most was not becoz the cashier didn't ignore her but bcoz although the woman knew of my present, she 'ignored' me. And of coz I don't look like Tai-Tai but even so everybody requires respect no matter what and how you look like. To that woman I would like to say that you are rude and I hope your children will have that kind of treatment from other people becoz I always believe what goes 'round comes 'round. I have said my peace........

I enjoyed the food that nite though; BBQ - chicken marinated with black pepper, salad, BBQ sweet potatoes and sambal buah belimbing...... Then everybody wait in anticipation for 8.30pm.

I do hope everybody enjoyed their dark hour like I did and it was for a good cause too. Hope we can do it again and the knowledge my children gained from it was priceless.

I just got back from pampering myself; 2 hours of doing my monthly facial. Sometimes I feel it's such a drag but hey, I am entitle to the pampering too. It just too bad I didn't have the time to do the body massage...

The Saturday is here again and I am just waiting for my Anddy to come and the two of us will have some 'property hunting'. A moment ago Snah SMS and this evening we will run through the wedding's programs. Did I mentioned about their photography's sessions (yeah yours truly took leave just to witness it).

It was interesting, fun and enjoyable day - for me too.

The photos were fantastic....

but sad to say they can only choose limited (to their horror). I would like to advise any couple who is getting married and wanting to do your photo shoots - It all sound sweet when the sales man selling something; the most important thing is to know what you want out of it, read between the line. And when you feel sad that you cannot choose the ones that you like, just remember in 10 years time all these photos will be tucked in your drawers and it will just only be a photo albums. Hey... at least you took some, right. So don't worry enjoy your life together not your photographs together.

I got to go. Anddy was here and I need to pick up my hubby.

I have not been updating this blog for a very simple reason - I am hook to Facebook!!!!!
What is this program; that makes you feel like adding more friends and you get the satisfaction on knowing you have more friends than the others..... Sucker!!!!! and the games.......

Well, I promise in a couple of days I will update you mainly on David's wedding's preparation, my HfF outing and of course the economic tumult which is scaring me.
